Ryan is the best A/C man in Houston! He has taken care of our A/C needs for over 10 years and I trust him 100% He and his wife are so friendly and helpful. He cares about his customers by providing excellent service at very reasonable rates.

I've called these guys twice to work on my ac in the past year (it's an older unit and each time a different issue). The first time was Ryan, second time was Zack. Both times they were quick to respond and very friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and listen to your needs, and both times had my ac up and running in no time. Costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Better than expected. Techs name was Zach, very good customer service. Knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. We called, they came same day during their busiest months for a warranty. I'll just be calling them from now on

Had issues with upstairs unit. Zack came and fixed the problem within a couple of hours after calling. Won’t hesitate to use Ryan and his team again in the future!

They are absolutely the best from the time you call with a gift for gab super nice lady and then Ryan 👍 the guy came and was just bad a** he was polite informative and seems and honest company there to solve your problem not empty your pocket fantastic job and the follow up same day nice.

Talk about the best customer service! After calling several AC places for weeks in New Caney & getting NO reply or call back, Ryan & Kenneth made it happen! My air wasn't staying cold & Ryan called to check up on us daily even during his busy schedule. He gave me a new condensor pad and cleaned out my coils. My AC feels like brand new! Armadillo AC and Heating is awesome. They installed a unit at my in-laws years ago and knew exactly was needed. Ryan is awesome and always does a great job.

Recently bought my air conditioner from Ryan, I wanted to buy from a local company and he was just 10 minutes down the road. The day I called he came over and gave me some estimates. Very friendly and professional, he gave me some options and suggestions, didnt try to upsell me at all. In fact I chose the next higher priced unit in spite of him telling me it was unnecessary. The company he subcontracted for the install (sorry dont remember name) were on time, courteous, and professional. Mine was an easier install so they were able to accomplish it around or under 8 hours. I have had no issues so far. Would recommend to any family or friends.

Highly recommend the Armadillo AC & Heating Team. Had the AC system die after 22 years on Monday and had new complete system installed by Wed @ 11:00 AM. Super responsive and very trustworthy. They take pride in their install and everything is done with perfection.

This Company deserves a 10 + review ! After calling several Companies that told me would be at least a week before could come out I called Armadillo- Ryan managed to work me in within a couple of hours - found my issue and was back first thing next morning with parts and fixed the unit. Im enjoying cool air! They will be my go to AC/ Heat people from now on!
